Can't get on the CMS live view

I am the only user and I did click on the CMS link on my dashboard. I've tried this about 3x and same message appeared all the time.

Also how can I edit for example a Paragraph style (text colour, font, etc) on a Collection Template like the Portfolio Template?

I want to be able to edit Full PRoject Description such as this:
