Fullscreen background responsive trouble

So i love fullscreen backgrounds but the problem im having is my content showing up properly in the middle and also when the screen size changes the side stops at a certain point and from there its all white. I just would like to know how to properly setup a full screen page that allows all of my content to show and not be cut off , so that no matter the screen size it always shows properly!
