SVG assets not loading on another computer

All .jpg assets are fine - just the SVGs seem not to have uploaded correctly. I tried restoring to a backup that was created on the correctly working computer - but still, nothing. I figured I could upload them all again but before doing that I thought I'd come here to see if this might be a bug.

Any ideas?
